"Very pleasant stay in general. Just one thing to be mentioned, though. I wanted to take a taxi for work in the middle of the day (on Saturday). I made sure I went down early enough to make it on time if I had gotten a taxi. Unfortunately, the demands were high (due to the heat?) so they couldn't get a taxi and I was told to take a bus, which I did. I should have known better maybe, but if they had mentioned the possibility of not being able to get a taxi when I had asked earlier, it would have been perfect... But again, the staff is very helpful and I enjoyed my stays there every time. "

"I highly recommend the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas hotel. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are quiet, clean, and neat, and the Grand Kitchen breakfast buffet has fantastic taste and selections. I'm returning next year and will stay longer; three nights was too short. My daughter and I enjoyed staying at the hotel."

"We loved the property and the staff, everyone was extremely kind and accommodating! The only thing I would note is that that main pool is an additional charge even for hotel guests! Something to keep in mind if the pool is a selling point for you! Overall we had a wonderful stay!"

"Everything was great! Very nice spacious clean rooms for very reasonable price! And perfect location right outside subway entrance and across mall. Only thing was the elevators are pretty slow. But other than that we loved and would definitely stay here again. "
