This was a surprisingly nice spot. Looked newly built, with comfortable and clean room. The one ding is the industrial location but it was convenient to the bike path so I appreciate it for that!

Over all good, the only issue, bubble bath not functional. not many restaurants to eat near by. There is a bike storage room.

개별 난방이 되지 않는 점을 참고하십시오.

개별 난방이 되지 않고 중앙난방 형식이라 프론트에서 각 방의 온도가 22도~23도 정도 되면 그 방의 난방을 끕니다. 덕분에 겨울에 자다가 추워서 벌떡 깨는 경험을 할 수 있습니다. 그러면 부랴부랴 프론트에 전화해서 난방을 공급해 달라고 해야 합니다. 이 호텔이 제공하는 서비스에 정말 놀랐습니다.

방 뿐만 아니라 건물이 전체적으로 너무 더러워요. 오래되어도 깨끗할 수 있는데 여기는 그렇게 오래되어보이지는 않는디 더럽네요. 사진이 안올라가서 그냥 넘어갑니다.

가운은 봉투에 담겨있지 않았고, 겨드랑이 쪽 머리카락 나와서 안입었어요. 어메니티는 어떤사람들의 손을 탔을것 같아서 안썼어요. 컨센트는 사진과 같이 모두 벽에서 분리되어 있어요. 난방기구 전원 아예 안들어와요. 화장실 휴지는 거의 다 쓴채로 걸려있어요. 변기는 물을 내리면 물이 하얘졌지만, 금새 노란 물이 살짝 올라왔어요. 장점 : 문 이중잠금장치 있음. 전기장판 있음.

특별한 안락함과 편안함이 있는 곳이었습니다. 로비에 전시된 옛 영화, 사진기, 방송장비들, 음향장비등 소장품들이 분위기를 살리기도 하지만, 지역숙박업이 갖추어야할 요소: 여행중에 하루를 편하게 쉴 수 있는 숙박 및 아침식사 제공에 정성이 느껴집니다. 북미의 좋은 local B&B에서받은 느낌 그대로 입니다.

잘이용하다갔습니다 하지만...something wrong

조식이 한식도있고 양식도있음. 연박을 한 케이스인데 추가결제 했음에도 불구하고 조식값은 따로라고 받아감. 방도 따뜻했고 잘 이용했지만 서비스요금 두 번 받아간 거 같아서 막판에 안좋았다. -> breakfast : korean and western -> I already paid for service fee but host said breakfast do NOT include it. So I paid twice.
