"Check in was fast. Good breakfast spread. Room is clean but aircon do not seems to be working. Temperature in room hover between 26 to 26.5 deg. Took 3 calls to get it down to 25 deg. Housekeeping lady is very polite and does a good job. Location is good, near to food and marts. Fortunate that hotel was offering good discount on rooms during my stay. "

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Wyndham in Busan. The amenities and facilities were exceptional. The room was extremely clean and serviced well. I cannot fault the staff on their service either. They were very professional, attentive, and certainly provide the kind of service you would expect at a 5 star property. It was a pleasure staying here, and I really hope I can come back soon."

"Very comfortable room & bed. Not too big, but it was very good for 2 persons. Lots of places to eat & shop nearby. Staff was very friendly & they even gave us a complimentary late check out. Very happy & pleased with this stay!"

"The hotel was overall okay, but I personally would not stay here again mainly because of the location. While there is a nearby subway line, most main attractions — especially areas like Haeundae — were still over an hour away by transit, which made getting around quite time-consuming. The staff were polite, but communication was difficult at times as there was very limited English spoken or understood, making it challenging to get clear answers when needed. I was also surprised that access to the gym required an additional fee, which I did not expect. Overall, the stay was decent, but the location and convenience were not ideal for my trip."
