"Worst experience ever. I booked a double room with breakfast for TWO. When I checked in, the receptionist insisted that my booking is without breakfast. I approached the front desk manager and I showed him my confirmation e-mail which proves that my booking is for a double room with breakfast for TWO. "The hotel staff was good. The people are pleasant. The room was less comfortable. The mattress was terrible and was not comfortable at all. I left the hotel with back and muscles aching. The air conditioning was central without the possibility to control it, though the electronic display reacted to the changes, not the air conditioning. it was freezing in the room. "
