This was by far the worst experience I’ve had at this hotel, and it’s disappointing because I’ve stayed at Ecotel Dahab many times before. I was honestly shocked by how much the quality has declined, especially considering that the hotel wasn’t even busy during my stay. The staff were not friendly at all, and the level of service was far below what I was used to in the past. The food was extremely poor in both taste and variety. Most days the options were almost the same — dishes like molokhia, beans, spinach, koshari, and okra — which was nothing like the diverse and tasty meals the hotel used to offer. The air conditioning in my room didn’t work during my entire 5-night stay. I reported it every day, but it was never properly fixed. The overall atmosphere also lacked the quiet, relaxing environment that used to be one of the hotel’s best features. Instead, there were groups of young guests making constant noise, which made it hard to rest. It’s clear that cost-cutting has become the hotel’s main priority, and unfortunately it shows in every aspect of the stay. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Ecotel Dahab at all, and I definitely won’t be returning anytime soon.

In total the hotel is not worth the price..

They claim to be 5 stars hotel..but they are barely 3.. Reception guys are very unfriendly..its like you are a burden for them when asking for something..they roll eye's and give stupid answers.. About cleaning... Mold on the bathroom floor.. Smell like somebody pee there.. hair and dirt on the sheets the room is very unclean..i repeatedly asked them to clean but they said they will send someone soon...but nobody came..never... We needed clean towels for 1 and half days nobody came... Hotel is 15 min drive from downtown and pretty far from anywher.. Ther are free shatels to downtown but we never get to use it.. Breakfast was very poor... Dinners was much better. We didn't had lunch so i cant tell nothing about it but it was one time we ate at the pool bar..very good fries with good Shawarma..taste good and with good price. In total the hotel is not worth the price.. I will not go back to ther. Give them a good point I must say is about the spa service. They are very nice, good massage and very nice people. Thanks to Arnold the manager!! He completely made my visit at the hotel to better experience. My husband and I had a very good time in the spa..so much so we ordered 2 times massage and one more scrub treatment. Amazing!!!

Ecotel'de bir gece geçirdik, otel genel olarak sakin bir otel. Denizi var diye tercih ettik ancak denizi taşlık giremedik. Su kaydırakları da var. Kahvaltı almıştık sadece, ona da ortalama diyebilirim. Bozulan şeyleri hızlıca tamir etmeye çalıştılar, otelin bir çok yerinde wifi çekmiyor, gidecek olanlara bunu da belirtmek isterim. Sakin ve huzurlu bir tatil geçirmek istiyorsanız tamam ama beklentinizi çok da yüksek tutmamalısınız.

היינו 4 לילות במלון ומאוד נהנינו. מעט רחוק מהעיר עצמה, מומלץ למי שמגיע עם רכב (החניה בתוך המלון). שירות איכותי מאוד, חדרים גדולים ומאובזרים וחוף נחמד מאוד לשנורקלים. מומלץ לבקש או מפלס 1 קרוב לים ולבריכה או מפלס 4-5 קרוב לחדר האוכל.

The place is amazing with excellent view. The stuff are good but not well trained The heated pool is not working as mentioned in their facilities and was not clean. The All inclusive is unworthy at all ( Drinks & water are so limited even in the main buffet restaurant , they didn't want to give us soft drinks and says it's not included but after complain they accept. The food quality and variety are not so good, really needs great improvement. Only 1 pool bar was working with very limited hrs and was offering only Very poor Pizza with only cheese for All inclusive and only from 3-5 pm otherwise you have to pay . Although there were very few guests,they first gave us a twin bed with a bad view although our booking was a kind bed so they are not looking for customer satisfaction although they had plenty of rooms. We made a complain regarding all of this and they tried to improve things ,they gave us a better room .. the gave us a free hour in the indoor pool in the spa to make up for the heated pool.. the customer relationship tried to make things better and we really appreciate it and stayed with us till we left but we have to write an honest review to help the others know their rights as it seems the hotel was trying to save money by any means.

Love this place and consider coming back

The rooms are spacious and clean, food is ok but needs more variety, staff are friendly and trying to do their best to help us. Then main swimming pool water flow is not working which affect the cleanliness of the pool, hope they fix it soon
