They don't accept Amex despite advertising that they do and you have to pay for the stay at check-in, as opposed to leaving a credit card pre-authorisation, which means you need to settle any charges separately with another transaction. "The resort provides excellent services including f&b, entertainment, activities, tours, cleaning, and many others. A couple of items, however, I would like to mgmt attention. At two different occasions, I noticed the head chef speaking in an abusive and demeaning manners to the staff. One time he called them “are you stupid” where to my surprise the staff kept silent. This is indicative of poor leadership. At another occasion, the head chef was speaking loudly to the staff. Hope action is taken to mitigate this observation. One other thing I want to bring to the attention of mgmt was the dancer’s behavior on Sunday night, 26 April. The dancer was more interested in collecting tips than entertaining. She had a baby put his hand on her breast which I thought was repugnant and is not befitting of a family environment. I want to commend the waiters, life guards, housekeepers, dining facility service staff. I would recommend this facility to those who are seeking relaxing time and fun. "
