I stayed at this hotel with my family for six days, and everything was excellent. The hotel was very clean, the staff were friendly, helpful, and professional, and the food was delicious with a wide variety of options. There were also many enjoyable activities throughout the day for both adults and children. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

From the moment we walked in, Mahmoud at the reception was phenomenal, professional, and made checking in a breeze. We even told him we were hungry, so he held off our room until we went to the restaurant to grab a bite. The food, the staff, bar men, even housekeeping were all great. They pay attention to the excellent service they provide. The pool is great, and the private beach with bungalows is a one minute walk from the pool. I saw many families bring their kids here, and the animation team was very friendly and attentive with them. The cleanliness of the whole place is what really stood out in what this establishment is trying to achieve. All in all, check out this place. From now on, I will be staying at JAZ for when I visit sharm el sheikh again. Thanks again to everyone!

Beautiful place, very tasty food, clean, safe, very helpful and friendly staff, convenient to many points of interest. Especially professionals such as Farrukh (reception), Islam Ramadan, Mena Nasser and Ezzat Tarek-waiters, Mohammed room attendant, Anastasia - entertainment made our vacation very special. All the employees are great pleasant and nice, I know them by name and they knew me by name all of them smily and approachable
