"We are in the hotel for many years every Xmas. It always welcoming on a good level. Despite some typical Egyptian quirks, the area still boasts charm and natural beauty. Don't forget the windless bay of Ras Um El Sid (Fanar) which is vital in winter. Big sandy beach is also rare in the area."

The location is beautiful with incredible views of the Red Sea, and the snorkeling right off the beach was one of the highlights of our entire Egypt trip. "Great stay, quiet but close to Old Market and other amenities. Shuttles to partner hotels was nice to get a different scenery. Rooms could use updating but for the price you can't go wrong. Staff were great and helpful. Breakfast to the room was a huge plus!"
