隔音不好

各方面都很好，餐點好吃，巧克力也更是好吃，但是就是樓上的房客走路聲音太大聲，隔音設備不太好，所以就睡的不太好

環境相當清幽，恍如世外桃源，想讓人多住幾日 熱水相當夠力，浴缸的水沒多久就能放滿，且不會忽冷忽熱，算是住過這麼多飯店以來熱水最穩定的前幾名 唯一缺點是不好拉行李，石頭路對行李箱不太友善

價位不低，但值得來好好體驗

有很獨特的樓中樓設計，兩張雙人床尺寸都很大，支撐力足夠，不會讓人睡到腰痠背痛，房間內的浴池很大，水力也很強，整體而言是可以讓人好好放鬆的環境

非常舒適且優質的住宿經驗

打開房間一看有種驚艷的感覺，空間非常大，有自己的陽台，衛浴設備還有可以泡湯的地方都相當寬敞，少數實體比照片看起來還好的地方。服務人員態度友善，早餐也豐盛好吃。不過位於山上因此房間窗戶一定要關好，不然會有不少蚊子。且另一個小缺點是泡湯的熱水應該不是溫泉，就是單純熱水而已，有點小失望。但整體來說住宿體驗非常不錯。

那天睡得很不好 ，因為空調上面都是灰塵 偏偏睡覺地方在風口下 ，又冷又難受。對於過敏體質的我來說這次是非常不好睡眠品質的經驗。服務人員很不錯，走出來的環境也不錯，洗澡的大澡盆也不錯，可惜就是睡覺地方有點髒。

很棒的地方

因為之前常常網購雲莊的生巧克力，即便是通過團購網，打去雲莊客服也很親切，所以印象很好，這次到苗栗玩就選擇入住雲莊。入住當天我是壽星，雲莊還要送我小蛋糕，不過後來櫃檯人員追出來說改送巧克力，因為看到我們手上已經有提蛋糕了，可以退房時去旁邊商店選，很細心。房間很舒適，床雖然是兩張床併成一張但中間也不會陷下去，進門還看到一隻毛巾用成的大象，很可愛。早餐也很豐盛，好像在吃外面的早午餐，給人很愜意的感覺，巧克力也很好吃
