"Overall the stay at this hotel is very cozy. Since my wife is pregnant, the staffs at the hotel and restaurant seemed to pay special attention. Small private onsen(bath) in our room was also good. "久し振りの親孝行に80代半ばの母親と二人でお世話になりましたが、総じて大満足の滞在でした。スタッフの皆さまは優しく丁寧でお料理も大変美味しかったです。又、部屋の窓からの眺めは日の出・日の入り共に最高でした。但、一点だけ。家族向けの宿という事で選んだのですがバリアフリーではなく、階段の昇降など高齢者や幼児にはちょっと厳しい施設だと思いました。"

"This is a great stay. We loved our private open air bath and open air shower. The view was beautiful. The staff is so wonderful, kind and helpful. When my friend lost her QR code for a locker with her luggage at a separate location- the staff found it and scanned it and messaged it to us!!! They are life savers. I loved it there "

"The staff had zero inviting mode. No smile, no sign of happiness. The whole place felt like a routine operation, didn't feel any warmth. Pool was not usable. No other places nearby, so you are bound to have their pricey meal option. And that too, needs to be reserved and time bound. At night the whole place lit up with many LEDs though, kids of other guests ran around. Amenities were just OK. The rooms were clean, but many things are old and worn out in the room. Honestly, it felt like staying in a business hotel in city, not a relaxing resort type."

"Great seaside resort. Spacious room, good view of the ocean. The private baths were simply divine, perfect way to relax and unwind. Complimentary beer/water/snacks in the room, ice cream after your private bath. The staff were great even with the language barrier they made sure you understood where your room was and where things are on a map. There is parking in front of the hotel but we arrived via taxi, approximately a 5000 yen fare from the Coaska Bayside Stores depending on time of day."
