期待し過ぎたのが悪かったのか、全体的に古くてエレベーターは古臭い匂いがしました。 通路の奥の人があまり入らなそうなトイレにはいったのですが、ドアの下には埃が溜まっていて気持ち悪かったです。 1番期待していた食事もまあまあ以下で、売りにしているらしき浜焼きもしょぼくて帆立なんてなんかの貝柱らしき小さな切れ端が幾つか入っていてガッカリ。色々食べたけどどれも今ひとつな味でした。 もっと他を参考にしてみて勉強すべきです！ ホームページの写真は凄く綺麗そうで騙されました涙 食事中も主人が料理を取りに行っている時に、会いたお皿を下げに来た女性がお盆ごと持って行こうとしたので、「まだ食事中なので箸は下げないで下さい」と伝えたら、お盆から箸だけ取り私の飲んでいたドリンクのグラスの上に置いてから「こちらに置いておきます」と… 流石に絶句ボー然としてしまいました。 悪いけど次は無いです。 決して安い部屋に泊まった訳でもなく、結構な値段を出しましただけに残念で仕方がありません。 もっともっと努力が必要なホテルだと思います。

リニューアルされたお部屋で大変綺麗で、広さも充分でした。 アメニティ類が揃っていたり、ドライヤーはリーファだったりと備えてあるものがワンランク上のもので嬉しかったです。 ドリップコーヒーはドトールで、これも有名どころでした。

客室は普通に綺麗でした。 部屋に付いていた露天風呂も綺麗で大変満足出来ました。 1歳の幼児と宿泊しましたが、特段の問題はありませんでした。 お料理はバイキングでした。 動線があまりよろしくなく少し殺伐とした雰囲気になってましたが、味は普通でした。 トースターが1台しか置いてなかったので2〜3台あっても良いかと感じました。

部屋のお風呂は、最新のものではありませんでしたが、バストイレユニットではなく、洗い場と湯槽が別々でかえって使いやすかったです。 売店を利用し、閉店間際でしたが丁寧に対応していだだき、フロント、他のスタッフの対応がとても感じが良かっです。

プレミアムフロアの和室に宿泊。 部屋良い。 お風呂良い。 食事はバイキング形式で、家族連れが多いから致し方ないかもしれないが、会場内が騒がしく、ゆっくり食事は出来ない。 食事をとりにいく際も、並ばない人がいたり、子供を放置していたり。 列を案内する方がいたりすれば変わるかなと思います。 また食事会場内のスタッフの方の余裕がない感じがすごく伝わってきます。

夕食の待ち時間、ビュッフェの並び方などもう少し改善が必要かと思います。 誘導がもっとあれば、スムーズに流れるのでは… 大浴場のセイフティBOXが使えなかったり、 部屋の電話が修理中など古さを感じました。 浴衣もサイズバラバラのが1着ずつだったので 同じサイズ160が3着必要だった私達は不便でした。タオル、浴衣の保管場所が分かりにくかったので 引き出しを開けておくか 棚の上に出しておいた方が良いと思います。 海の眺望は最高でした！

妊婦で、マタニティ旅行で利用しました。子連れが多く、未来を見通すことはできましたが個室での料理提供がなく、ビュッフェでは子供が走ってくることや、不可解な動きをするので避けるのが大変でした。離乳食の準備もありファミリー層にはとても良いのかもしれませんが、夫婦だけや高齢の夫婦・妊婦には少しsafetyに欠けているところがありました。静かに過ごしたい方にとってはあまりおすすめではありません。 駐車場も、信号を渡ったところになってしまい荷物を取りに行くのが遠くて大変でした。 駐車場に関しては、パーキング・パーミット制度を取り入れて貰えると、より幅広い人々に利用して貰えるのではと思いました。

前回宿泊時に建物や設備の老朽化は承知しています。リニューアルされている部分があり不快感はありません。昭和の趣きが残っているので懐かしさを感じております。 前回お風呂・プレミアムラウンジからの眺望・食事が良かったので再訪しました。 ところが エントランスの出迎えの女性が前回以上にお喋りが過ぎ、とても不快でした。どこから来てどこで遊んだのか聞かれ、今日の宿泊客は団体の男性が多いのでペラペラペラペラ…そのヒアリングと報告は必要なのでしょうか？ そして、プレミアムラウンジは悲惨でした。お菓子は更に質が低下したように思います。ポテチ等が湿気で残念な状態。美味しいお出汁は変わらず最高でした。果汁100%のジュース等追加して、ドリンクだけで良いかもしれません。 室内は子供が叫びながら走り、親子連れは家族同士で大声で会話している。他ではお菓子食べたいと泣き出す子供とご飯食べられなくなると叱る親。公園かと思う程騒がしかった。 素晴らしい眺望が可哀想でした。 今回は寝具の加齢臭が酷かった。 カバーはクリーニングされているが、枕とベットパット本体が臭くてオッサンと一晩添い寝した気分で殆ど眠れなかった。同伴者も同じ意見。前回はこのような事はなく、ハズレの部屋だったのかな。 しかし、相変わらずお風呂は最高！食事も良かったです。 駅まで送ってくださるバスのドライバーさんが前回同様素晴らしいおもてなしで、気分良く旅を終えることができました。 機会があればまた行きたいかな。

お風呂が良かったのでリピート宿泊。 ホテル入り口で女性スタッフから声をかけられた。この方前回同様に口調が馴れ馴れしく、相変わらずどこから来たのか等個人的なことを根掘り葉掘り聞くので不快です。また、今日は宿泊者が少ない・男性な団体様がいるのでお風呂利用時には空いている伝えてきた。しかしお風呂は前回同様に混んでるし、逆に未就学の子供が多く終始騒がしくお風呂も食事も落ち着かなかった。 いつも同じサービスを提供を提供できないという言い訳だったのかしら。 宿泊者が少ないという割にプレミアムラウンジは前回以上に混雑していた。子供は大声で騒ぎ、その親が大声で叱りせっかくの眺望も台無し。用意されたお菓子も
