"It was a good stay overall, and the room and property were clean. The location was very convenient for the airport. My only complaint was that breakfast and some other amenities came with extra charges."

"Excellent hotel. Highly recommend the breakfast buffet, which was a blend of eastern and western - totally worth it. Rooms were spacious, staff was gracious. Location is a big tougher as there isn't too much around, but if you're planning to do Disney and looking for a hotel that's reasonably close to the theme park for a couple of nights and not too far from the city (Tsujiki and Ginza were closest and easy to get to), this would be it."

"It was a very nice, staff was great and food was pretty darn good! However, since we are fat Americans, we found the bed a little hard and toilets too small for my round posterior. Also I sweat like pig at night and 20.0 C doesn’t cut it. I understand these issues are not universal but as an American, I’m gonna give my opinion even if it’s just a me problem. 4/5 pretty awesome stay. Would do it again!"
