The hotel is hugely overpriced. It is a guest house in a worn out / run down state. The business means well but it is not a business hotel.

Great stay!

Staff was excellent even with the language barrier. Staff met every need I had like a taxi and adapter for my charger. Best place I've been in Senegal so far.

I could not stay even for one night as the hotel is in poor condition. I visited the room uptown my arrival and came down to give back the key at reception. I called hotels.com to help identify another hotel. I managed to find another hotel which was mich better.

Avis sur Business Hôtel de Dakar

Je me suis fié à la notation de Business Hôtel à mes dépends. 1 - Pas d'eau chaude. Même signalé à la réception, je suis resté sans eau chaude durant mon séjour. 2 - Rien que 2 chaines sur la TV : Une du Sénégal et CNN sans son. Pour mon métier, les chaînes d'infos sont essentielles, j'étais obligé de faire sans. 3 - La chaise dans ma chambre était à pied bot et manquait de casser dès que je m'asseyais dessus 4 - La chambre ressemble à une prison, pas de fenêtre. Je devrais payer plus au cas où je désirais être dans une chambre avec fenêtre. Ils auraient dû l'indiquer sur le site de réservation. 5 - Il y a un gouffre entre la notion de "tout de suite" du personnel et celle des autres. Je vous conseille de ne pas manquer de patience dans cet hôtel. C'est le pire hôtel que j'ai connu. Limite, j'ai failli regretté mon séjour à Dakar à cause de Business Hôtel. Je me demande comment des hôteliers peuvent-ils se permettre un tel niveau de manquement. Une vraie déception.

Ottimo albergo vicino l'aeroporto

Albergo ristrutturato da poco e ben arredato (anche se c'è qualche trascurabile imperfezione nell'esecuzione dei lavori). Camera spaziosa, manca solamente l'asciugacapelli. Ottima posizione a 10 min di taxi dall'aeroporto. Colazione scarsa. Personale cordiale ma con scarsa conoscenza dell'inglese.

Hotel correct mais quelques points à améliorer

Hotel correct, les chambres sont récentes, propres, joliement décorées. C'est un bon hotel pour une courte escale sur Dakar. Cependant, quelques points négatifs à noter : *Les chambres donannt sur le boulevard sont terriblement bruyantes; * le petit déjeuner n'était pas prêt à l'heure (j'avais pourtant précisé la veille que je souhaitais le prendre aussi tôt que possible) - Assez gênant quand on est attendu pour un RDV; Petit déjeuner qui était en plus très médiocre. *Coffre fort dans la chambre hors service (signalé à la réception) *Sommier du lit qui est une simple planche nonfixée à la structure du lit (signalé à la réception) - j'ai failli tomber lorsque je me suis assis sur le lit.

Très bien

Bon hôtel abordable dans un quartier agréable de Dakar, assez proche aéroport et de la mer. Les chambres sont très propres et le style plutôt moderne et conforme à la description. Seul bémol : le petit déjeuner un peu juste.
