"We were a family of 16 (adults and children) staying for 2 nights in June. We all loved it. The owner was on site and responsive to all our needs. The rooms were spotless and perfectly situated to see the pool and ocean through the large sliding glass doors. And the staff was friendly and available. Breakfast to order was delicious. I highly recommend the Beachhouse."

"Ideally located with its own access to the crystal clear ocean. We borrowed snorkels and we played with sea turtles in the ocean right in front of the hotel. "Really enjoyed the stay at the Parrot Resort. It was close to town but quiet at night. Very peaceful and relaxing. Enjoyed interacting with the Parrots. The staff was very nice and helpful. "I would highly recommend the honeymoon suite. See my other review of the property. Toilet was leaking onto the floor but I did not report it because it did not bother me. Water pressure was ok and internet was spotty. Aside from the cons, the staff was great and the food was reasonable. CAUTION: Bring lots of cash. They are CASH ONLY hotel. The other option was wire transfer or PayPal. "

"Absolutely phenomenal!! Staff was amazing from the moment we got there until our departure. Definitely plan to stay again. Only concerns we had (but did not affect our stay): 1) When we got breakfast with 5 ppl vs 4 ppl, one person’s meal was always forgotten and they had to wait an extra 10-15 min to get their food; 2) My family prefers breakfast buffets, but I loved their breakfast menu"

"They supply earplugs. This is good for light sleepers. There is a yard with at least 20 roosters close to the back of the property. They start long before sunrise and go into the night. There are also 3 different locals nearby doing very loud karaoke and you can hear them all at the same time. Filipinos LOVE their karaoke. Otherwise, everything about this place is perfect. We absolutely loved our stay here. "
