We really enjoyed staying here. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, and everything you need is there. They had slippers & bathrobes, shower & swimming towels, a refrigerator and safe. You can rent a scooter if you like as well. It's only a 5 minute drive to the beach & the area is quiet. We will be back for sure. And a shout out to Frank, thank you for your help & hospitality.

Lovely well cared for hotel with amazing staff that were always there for your needs.Airport transportation is free and Frank the owner was there to greet you and help you feel very welcome.Restaurant food were delicious and delivered to your room as you wish.Mosquitoes were a plenty in the evening so bring insect repellent.Otherwise we enjoyed our stay comfortably.Highly recommend this to those who loves a quiet place…immaculately clean and spacious room!Will stay again when we visit Bohol!Many thanks to all the staff of Thistle Inn…

Frank and Chai and their staff treated us very well. We appreciated the airport pick-up and drop-off, as well as arranging for a rental scooter and a tour if Bohol with Glen. It's a nice hotel and we really enjoyed our stay.

The place is away from the hustle bustle, very quiet and serene, relaxing with well planned out lay out. Just make sure you have good Wifi connections since the airport in Panglao is spotty. Even after using a local phone, couldn't connect to the hotel. But once we got checked in, everthing went well. The owner was apologetic. The place is well maintained, clean ,spotless, good hot showers and AC. Service is prompt, mini restaurant food was good, you can eat at your patio or at the dining area. Pool was inviting. They will call you a " tuktuk" to get to Alona Beach ( 20 minutes away) about $8.50 round trip. They can arrange excursions for you too. Overall, we had a nice, relaxing stay at the Inn.

The Thistle Inn is a lovely, nice oasis. The room was very clean and the service was outstanding. It is a well-run family-owned business. The owners organized airport pick up, our motorbike and car rental, and quickly addressed any questions we had during our stay. Would highly recommend it!

This is a wonderful boutique resort in a quiet area not far from the airport and coast. Very spacious room with Netflix. I highly recommend renting the hotel scooter to get around. Riding in Bohol is safe and pleasant.

10/10 Highly Recommend! The staff were so friendly and hospitable. We felt so welcomed. The way the rooms were designed was very well thought out to ensure comfort of their guests. Would definitely come back to this place. It had such a laid back and quiet vibe but still very close to main tourist attractions.

The property is first class and a great value. It is a bit away from Alona Beach and other resorts but it was fine as our tuk tuk driver was always just a call/text away. The pool was always refreshing, snacks and drinks were available in the rooms for a nominal fee, internet worked well except during a short brown out of course. There was a limited menu, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. The outside bar was convenient too. It was honestly a quiet stay although it appeared there was little of no vacancies. It definitely was not a party spot while we were there which was fine since it gave us the opportunity to recharge at the end of the day. Staff was great and friendly also. Motorbikes were also available for daily rate of 400PHP. Would definitely stay again! BTW, call them when you land and they’ll send a car to pick you up at the airport

Our stay was truly amazing. Husband and wife owners live on site, a lot of attention to detail. Staff very polite and eager to please. 10 rooms, 5 up and 5 down, in maculate shape, also very spacious and modern and very clean. Relaxing atmosphere, not located on beach, but easy access to beach n airport by taxi. Staff eager to make all arrangements for taxi, tours, rentals etc for you. Would definitely stay again, genuinely a 10 rating!

Had a wonderful stay with family in Thistle Inn, all thanks to ate Chai and the Thistle Inn team for being so accommodating. The Inn was cosy and clean, a perfect getaway stay as it was private and quiet with only a couple of rooms, but still accessible to the best spots and activities in Bohol. We were able to enjoy and tour the beautiful Bohol due to ate Chai assisting us with contacting tours and recommending places to see, as well as airport pick up and drop off. Many thanks Thistle Inn for all your help, would definitely recommend 😊😊

Nice room and pool except my 9 year old son ordered out of pool at 9am apparently for pool maintenance that didnt happen. Breakfast expensive. Miles from anywhere. One staff member very bossy and rude. Same staff insisted we pay for a 500ml water because an empty water bottle found in our room bin although we bought that bottle in La Familia restaurant in Panglao town where we had dinner.

This property is almost 1 year old , every aspect of it is wonderful. We had a excellent time while visiting, we needed to add a couple of days to our stay after a change in plans. They handled it without any problem at all. I know we will return again in the future. The pool was crystal clear every day, grounds are well kept, amazing staff, food was excellent , pricing is extremely reasonable.

Clean establishment. Far from eateries. It costs @ $6 for the trike return to go to Alona beach and restaurants. Very basic meals at this inn. However, for those who prefers to be away from the business of Panglao, Momo beach is a few minutes walking distance. The pool is also a plus. Airport pick up and drop off, a bonus. Owners/staffs attentive to clients needs.
