"Pluses were: Courteous, helpful staff Very good restaurant for dinner Comfortable bed The hotel itself is a bit tired, but saw a sign that renovations were coming. Our TV didn't work, but after two staff members came, they managed to get it going."

"There's really not much to say! This is definitely the perfect place to stay. Dome #1 the view was fabulous, at night clear skies enjoying the hot tub. Everything you need is supplied, just bring your food and enjoy! Only issue was the garbage not sure what bin was for what but just improvised and left our bottles and cans for recycling"

"When traveling, our family always chooses Hilton Garden Inn. We had stayed at this specific one a few years back and at that time had no issue with booking again. When I arrived, I waited at an empty front desk for 10 minutes. A male employee that was walking by noticed me standing there and went looking for the front desk employees. When she came, she was not the most friendly that I’ve encountered. Normally, we have been greeted right away by a friendly employee who checked us in efficiently. Our room was clean and as expected. The pool area was a different matter. We found it to be in not the best condition. My daughter had bruising on her body from the connecters on the waterslide. They are starting to separate and caused bruising as she was going down the slide. We questioned the cleanliness of the pool as well. Breakfast had plenty of options, but there wasn’t a lot of upkeep as people were using supplies. There were three young children at the waffle making station. They seem to be making a mess more than anything else. We watched them make three different sets of waffles almost all of which went to the garbage. My daughter and I took a few minutes to clean up the waffle station so that we could use it. We only saw one young lady come out and replenish bacon and eggs but did not do much to the overall upkeep. Hilton Garden Inn continues to be a favourite for us so we will try another location in the future."
