  • Enjoy the nice country setting sitting around a fire located just 1.5 miles from Holiday World/Splashin Safari. Clean efficiency that sleeps 4. Sit back and watch the wildlife in the backyard on 11 acres after a long family day. Possible additional homes available on site for larger gatherings.(X-Marks the Spot Yellow, Orange andBlue)
    You have access to the house but no out building.
    Our home is located just outside of the town of Santa Claus which features Holiday World/Spashin Safari, Santa's Candy Castle, SantaClaus Museum, and Santa Claus Christmas Store. We also have a grocery store and Dollar General about a mile down the road for your convenience.
    Getting around the town is easy by vehicle and you even have the opportunity to take a stroll on our new walking/bike trails
    Smoking is NOT PERMITTED in our house. If it is found that your party has smoked inside the house, a cleaning fee of $300 will automatically be charged.
    Due to sanitary issues, NO PETS are allowed inside or outside our house. Please make other arrangements for your pets prior to your trip.
    We will provide sheets, blankets, pillows, bath and kitchen towels and washcloths. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, body soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheetsand a starter pack on toilet paper, trash sacks and paper towel. I also provide single serve coffee and creamer along with ketchup and mustard packets

This was a nice place however the queen bed was so uncomfortable we ended up only staying 1 night and after spending the day at holiday world we took the dreaded 3hr drive back home because we barely slept the night before
