"The staff and general manager were welcoming and remembered us each day. There were changes in a la carte/buffet breakfast served but we never felt that it was a downgrade to us or other clients. The restaurant staff were so welcoming and professional. Other restaurants in Queenstown could follow the example of the Heritage staff! "

"Very nice modern hotel with huge foyer. Lots of different types of seating and warm with the electric fireplace. Breakfast is basic but enough to start the day with as so much interesting places to eat in town. "
