"We had bed bugs, woke up with bites everywhere. It’s in the middle of March and 32 degrees so these are not from mosquitoes. We stopped by the restaurant, terrible service and food was cold. The pool area was so overpacked the kids couldn’t even swim not to mention all the drunk adults. Homeless people lingering by the door, by the parking lot made us feel uneasy. The bathroom door didn’t shut all the way nor did it have a lock. Along with a half glass shower door that you cannot move. Water poured all over the bathroom floor, had to keep my clothes on the counter. Made it uncomfortable worrying one of my kids will just walk in. They banged on our door at 10:30am when check out is listed on the back of the door for 12pm. Didn’t even give us a second to answer before barging in. They were very rude check out is 11am!!!!! Remember this was 10:30am when they were bothering us. I felt unsafe and now I’m worried I’m taking bed bug home. We will not be returning. I thought this would be a great place to take the kids for a weekend, they don’t even want to return and refused to go swim the second day. "

"Nice place. Quiet. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Clean bathroom. Plenty of towels. Nice pool and outdoor fire pit. Close to restaurants. The cleaning staff needs to vacuum behind the doors and behind the furniture. Not a new hotel, but maintained well."

"We were placed in the only open room which for a light sleeper should never have been right behind the elevator. Bed in 221 had a divot in it and was uncomfortable. "

"Had to wait an hour to check in. Didn’t get in till after 4. Had a hard time keeping up with the people in evening for food. Huge stack of dirty towels in pool didn’t have any clean ones. The next morning the pool was closed which was VERY disappointing for the kids. For the money was disappointed. Breakfast was good. "

"They provided a good break fast and the kids loved the pool and hot tub! Good price for what you get!"

"In my opinion the bathroom was the nicest of any hotel we have ever stayed in! The staff were welcoming and helpful. There is a parking garage behind the hotel that charged us $10.00 for our overnight stay. There is a skywalk that connects it the hotel. It was a little confusing, but that was probably just due to our age! "
