Summary:
Located in the heart of The Shops at Legacy and Legacy West's urban village filled with unique shops, dining experiences and entertainment. This luxury townhome is furnished with cb2 lux furnishings, is 4bd/3.5baths. It's got a fabulous layout in a friendly, quiet, safe neighborhood. Minutes walk to mall, restaurants, shopping and great amenities. Perfect for a long stay when you need to be out of your home.
The Space:
First floor has 2 car garage, laundry room and two bedrooms with a full bath.
Second floor has Chefs Kitchen, living and dining and a half bath. The spacious master bedroom, huge closet and luxurious bathroom are on this floor as well. The third floor is an open room and has a King bed, and projector and a desk, the perfect flex room. There is also a patio off the room as well as a half bathroom..
