The room, bed, and bathroom were spotless and comfortable. Bed was soft, but firm and the sheets were clean and cozy. Afternoon, night, and morning staff I interacted with was pleasant and professional. The breakfast was varied and well replenished. The only issue I noticed was that all of the outlets in the room would leave a gap between the outlet wall and the prongs of my chargers and would cause an arc to jump said gap.

This was probably the best hotel I have stayed in. I will definitely be looking for a Hyatt Place the next time I stay somewhere. The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful, i appreciate that you have a thermostat for the ac on the room. Because I like it cold when I sleep. The only dislike I have is tge coffee, it just was not strong enough for me.
