We like a lot this hotel. Great location! The room was perfectly clean, very nice sheets and bed. Excellent coffee! The only thing that I really missed was a small fridge in the room to keep drinking water cold.

the updates in the hotel are super nice. The rooms look amazing. However, the food is not quite as good as it used to be, and not as much to choose from on the menu. that is the only change i do not like.

It was clean enough. It was under construction which was understandable but just wasn’t what I was expecting. Beds were ok. It was conveniently located to lots of eating places. I did notice they charged me 4 dollars more a night than advertised.

The rooms are nice but seem a little older even with some renovations. The staff was super nice and helpful! We stayed here after our wedding night and we got a free upgrade which was so generous of the staff to do for us. I would stay here again for sure!

They charge $50 for pets (normal) but the poop station bags were so jammed into the holder that I could not get any out. I reported it 3 times to 3 different front desk employees. Fortunately, I carry my own. Also, the doors to the pool were locked. I tried to find someone to help and was told that the doors were not locked. But finally got someone to go with me and he said 'why are these doors locked?' couldn't answer. I propped the door open so I wouldn't get locked outside. The pool and pool area are beautiful, by the way. Lovely furniture.

The room seemed very dark. The ligjt in the corner came.on when it wanted to. The TV didn't work. They were nice enough to move us to a room with a working TV, it was 11pm. All in all it was an ok stau.

Prepare to pay 10 dollars for an unsecured parking lot for absolutely no reason. And stay in moderately clean/ moderately maintained rooms.

We thoroughly enjoyed our staycation. The hotel was selected for its courtyard, restaurant on-site and location close to Grandscape. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They accommodated our needs and checked in often. The food was delicious!! We had the salmon and short rib which was so flavorful! Overall it was a great stay. The only thing negative on our list was that the pillows and bed were not very comfortable but we requested more pillows and the staff delivered them quickly to our room. Excellent service. Would definitely stay there again.

The HVAC system is old style , a big unit on the floor of the room. You can hear anyone using water in the hotel due to wired plumbing as well. Shower is in the room, meaning the stem is inside the room while you shower. It is a very wired room, unrelaxing and unpleasanr.
