Ultra-Luxe Townwhome with Dallas Skyline Rooftop

Welcome to our newest addition to our Dallas Collection! This 4 story townhome with rooftop is located minutes away from the center of Dallas and with impeccable views of it as well!

-2 mi or 5 min away from Deep Ellum, uptown Dallas

The space
Being a 4 story unit we'd like to touch base on what you will find throughout your stay.
1st floor - you will find the first bedroom equipped with a queen bed and two car garage.

2nd floor- The entertainment space, here you will find the living area, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen island equipped with barstools where you and friends can enjoy hanging around while cooking or enjoying some refreshments. Kitchen is supplied with silverware, plate ware and utensils just to name a few. The living area is furnished with abstract but at the same time comfortable furniture where you can enjoy watching TV or looking out at the Dallas views from the multiple windows surrounding the space.

3rd floor- Two additional bedrooms that both include their own en-suite bathroom and closets.

4th floor- Rooftop Patio - if the weather permits you will be hanging out here for the majority of your stay guaranteed! Views like nowhere else you are able to catch the panoramic view of the Dallas skyline! With an outdoor dining table, couch, and chairs you can enjoy the beautiful weather and views Texas has to offer!

The property is amazing. The neighborhood is still being developed. I felt safe. I would visit the property again. Close to good food!

Townhouse not so Luxe

It’s close to downtown which is what we wanted. There was plenty of space for all 7 of us. During our stay there were issues with plumbing. The showers and the bathroom sinks weren’t draining well. There weren’t enough towels. The furnitures are about to fall apart and stains are very visible. There’s no futon bed in the living room. One of the air mattress had stain and it stunk. There were complimentary coffee but the creamers were curdled. If you’re planning on staying here, plan on bringing a lot of the necessities, such as hand soaps, paper towels, dish soaps and sponge, extra toilet paper and towels, etc.

Spacious but not ultra lux

Check in and check out easy. Communication as well. Spacious. Lots of new building and development in area. Furniture in main area could use refresh - especially love seat and rug.
