Every staff member was so friendly. From check in to bartender, to wait staff, and barista. Room was clean. Bar, restaurant and coffee shop were all awesome and eclectic. Easy access to American Airlines Center. Will definitely stay here again.

Hotel was nice. Good vibe, very dark room but that goes with the ambiance of the property. Staff at checkin was nice. Went to the bar for a drink and both the restaurant and bar had an unappealing mildew smell. On top of that after about 10 minutes with no one offering to take our order we left. Rooms were fun but overall a bit pricy for the current state of the hotel.

My one night stay was delightful in every possible way. Interesting and inventive decor, super clean, very gracious and attentive staff everywhere. I would happily stay at a Virgin Hotel when the opportunity next presents itself.
