  • This beautiful property is located in a gorgeous position with stunning ocean views, a short walk to the beautiful Josh's Beach and an easy walk along the Narooma-Dalmeny Cycle path to Dalmeny Beach and shops.

    Highlights include:
    - Freshly renovated with outstanding ocean views.
    - Perfectly positioned - short walk to Josh's beach + Narooma/Dalmeny Cycleway at your doorstep.
    - Fabulous place to bring the family, book both units for an extended family holiday/wedding/large group.
    - Plenty of parking.
    - Electric wood fireplace.
    - Two dishwashers, and a butlers pantry
    - Stunning ensuite with large bath.
    - Wifi provided.

    Wi-Fi is available however we cannot guarantee the speed or functioning at the time of your booking.

    Linen is provided for all beds however they will be unmade.

    Important Note: This property is equipped with external security cameras that monitor outdoor areas only. Cameras are located in the garage (covering the front areas and front door) and at the rear of the property (monitoring the backyard and external access doors).

Luxurious Getaway

We absolutely loved staying here. Everything was so beautiful and luxurious. The kitchen is so well equipped. The outlook is incredible. The fire is romantic. The beds are so comfortable. And it's so spacious. We'll visit again.

Wonderful location

The property was beautiful in a great location and we seen heaps of whales from the comfort of the lounge area 😁 Minutes from Narooma, boardwalk and beaches. You could also use the walking/bicycle path out the front to take for a stroll along the cliffs edge leading to the first beach. Dinner at the Dalmeny Bowling was great…support the little man.

Absolutely love it. The only thing I would say is that bed linen should be included not an extra. But still a 5 star experience.

The property is fantastic. Plenty of areas to relax inside and out. View off the back deck is amazing. The staff at Whale Coast Reality are very helpful to deal with.

Would have given more stars but the first day/night there was no gas, so no hot water until 10am the second day. When the gas bottles turned up we had to disconnect and reconnect them our selves. Pretty poor service.

Well appointed kitchen large enough for everyone, plenty of seating for all in dining and living areas. Very quiet area but close enough to shops, restaurants etc. Loved the views and path straight outside the door for morning walks. A couple of negatives was the glass panel doors throughout the house. While they were obscure and private, they did not block light and were an issue at times. Also there is no undercover area outside so when it rained, which it did quite a bit during our stay we could not utilise the deck as we would have liked. Some cover over the deck area would be terrific. You could still sit inside and take in the wonderful view but it’s not the same as sitting outdoors. But overall the house is amazing and we would certainly stay again with extended family or friends.

Beautiful view to wake up to every morning, with a stunning walking and cycling path right at the front door. The layout of the house is fantastic - especially with the master bedroom and ensuite on the ground floor, with the kitchen and living areas. This was essential for some members of our group who have mobility issues and would not have been able to climb stairs, etc. The property was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. And the fact that each bedroom upstairs has its own bathroom as well makes it a perfect property for families or getaways for multiple couples or groups of adults. Will definitely be back.

The house is so well equipped and there was plenty of room for three couples.The only downside was you cannot access/swim at the beach opposite the property, which we didn't realise before hand. There are plenty of beautiful beaches nearby for swimming.

Since the house was subjected to a full redesign and extension, it has gone from a wonderful getaway to a full 5 star resort style home. Great for families and groups. Path out the front which links Dalmeny to Narooma, awesome for walking, riding or skateboarding!

WOW, awesome accommodation and location!

This property is absolutely beautiful! Awesome location and extremely relaxing! So great to be able to bring the outdoors inside with the massive sliding doors and the great bi-fold doors over the kitchen area. Would have been lovely if the pergola was covered as this would provide you with afternoon shade, however you were able to retreat to the lounge room and still feel like you were outside. Was absolutely wonderful that each room had their own shower/toilet, so nice not to share! :) Couple of minor cleaning issues, however overall nothing that would stop you from returning. We will definitely be coming back to this property, loved, loved, loved it! and the beds, wow extremely comfy! Thank you for opening your home to us and we look forward to next time. Unbeatable location

A fabulous location and features for a group of couples or large family group. Walk, bicycle or car to many beautiful beaches, cafes and shops in Dalmeny, Kianga, Narooma. Great value for money and will definitely come again.

Very comfortable well equipped house with great views in a friendlt sleepy beachside village. The IGA and the local cafe are both surprisingly good and the staff are very friendly(only about two other shops). I'd certainly return!
