The staff were all so polite, warm & welcoming & the room was decorated nicely. TV hooked up to my phone for movie in bed & the bathroom was stunning. Great visit I’ll definitely be back. "

My wife was eventually dropped off at the hotel reception area with all our luggage while I had to finalize the return of the car. During my absence all of the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive We later dined in the restaurant, the dinner was excellent and the supervisor was most attentive."

"We were only staying one night to go to a concert in the Ovo. The hotel was close to the venue and reasonably priced. The reception staff were pleasant and welcoming and the room we had was small but perfectly adequate for a one night stay without luggage. The beds were comfortable and the shower just right. We didn’t have breakfast but lots of guests were. There are kiosks at reception where you can buy drinks and snacks any time. "
