"Ate in the ep grill for supper. It was clean and staff friendly. Menu is very limited in my opinion. I got the fried chicken sandwich and was disappointed. The crust was extremely thick, and I like thick crust, it was just way to much It was nice that we didn’t have to go out after dark and could stay in hotel for dinner. We had a coffee made at shake rattle nd go, I believe it was called. We. Ought 6 caramel frappes in Two days. The gentleman who made them did an excellent job and they were cheaper than Pjs coffee shop. They also had huge cookies that my kids thought were great as well as yogurt parfaits. My girls loved them. They were also reasonably priced. There was another restaurant that you could get breakfast at but prices for buffet were just too high for me as I can’t eat very much. I’m not sure if you could order ala carte. the pool was very nice, clean and well maintained. We got to watch an Elvis movie the two nites we were there. It was nice to catch the Shuttle across the street to see I would Graceland. I would stay there again. They do charge you $50 per nite in case of damages. I have yet to ck to see if I’ve gotten that back yet. "

"We had a really great stay at Vision on George. There were some minor issues that we found, such as the bottom hinge of a door unsecured, a coffee pod left in the maker, and some crumbs that were not swept, but nothing that negatively impacted our stay. Vista Nova was great from the beginning. They were very accommodating from the start, asking if we had any special recommendations, needed any suggestions for the trip, and just making sure everything was satisfactory. They checked in on the second day to make sure we had settled in during our first night, and we did ask for recommendations for a good barbeque restaurant. They gave some and we chose one, and it was delicious. Checking out was very easy. Overall, we had a great stay. BUT… the day after we got home, I was contacted by Vista Nova and he began telling me that there were some issues with the house. He named a few things that he said we broke and tried to fix on our own. We did not inspect every inch of the house, but I knew full well that we did no such thing. I told him multiple times during the call that I felt like I was being scammed. The whole phone call felt off. He then told me that his crew would be finishing their inspection, and he would contact me to let me know where we would need to go from there. I never heard from him again. This tells me that I was, in fact, being scammed. As I said, our stay itself was great. If you decide to stay here, just be aware of what happened to us."

"We did not cook in the kitchen while there, so I cannot answer with certainty the kitchen was equipped adequately. I do know the microwave was dirty. I was disappointed there was not a coffee pot for K-cups.Also, for what the cleaning fee cost, and having a baby there, I feel the entire house could have been much cleaner. The floors were not very clean and none of the banister or baseboards appeared to have been cleaned or dusted. There was at least an inch thick of dust on the fans and baseboards and the downstairs bathtub wasn't clean. Also, the hand soap was empty.The toilet in the master bath needs some attention, and the wall in front of it looked as if something nasty had been smeared on it. Also, upon paying for the rental I did not intend to include the insurance, but was unable to go back and decline it. We are very careful renters and have never damaged or broken anything.The house overall is nice and in a nice-looking neighborhood. It does need some TLC, but it was very convenient for what our needs were. The Host was very nice and helpful. He quickly responded when contacted."

"My family met my sister's family in Memphis and needed a place to fit all of us. The room layouts were perfect for our kid breakdown. The house is definitely better for older kids rather than younger, but they do list that in the description. If you are coming for Graceland, it is definitely a great location!"

"The host told me that she had a double reservation and offered me another place outside the application, when customer service contacted her, she called me 1 hour before check-in that was already available and I had already looked for another place because I had no place to stay and they had not given me an answer. Then she told me that she was going to return the money and she never did and she didn't send me the instructions to access the house either"

"The staff member stole my credit card number and made purchases and had them shipped under his name to the hotel. I disputed the charges with my credit card company but I don’t recommend staying here. I reached out immediately after we tracked down the order and found out it was shipped to the guy at the front desk. After research with Best Buy / this has happened numerous times with this same guy. "
