"Clift Hill is a fabulous place to stay. We were a group of 20 friends and family and we loved the house. It's extremely clean, well equipped and comfortable. It has impressive rooms and views but it also feels very homely. The kids (aged between 4 and 11) had a brilliant time exploring the house and gardens, playing with the games and outdoor play equipment and taking over the hot tub."

"We loved this house was close to where we needed. The only thing disappointing was we had to rush to be out by 10 with there being a few of us as well. We did text to see if the house was being taken the next night to see if we could add another night but got no reply and was showing available online but didn’t want to do it online again as we would of had two cleaning charges. "Lovely cottage which worked well for two families and was spotlessly clean. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. However, the outside is just as important as the inside from a customer experience point of view and the garden and hedges were in desperate need of cutting and pruning and the gravel drive was quite slippy and dirty from moss and weeds. A few minor niggles; despite the cottage sleeping 8 there were only 7 seats at the table in the kitchen and neither reception room could...

"We enjoyed our stay in the house.Next to a bowling green and the gokf course and with a wonderful back garden. The house was huge but had a lovely feeling. It had everything you could possibly need, altho one or two more sharp knives would be a bonus. Plenty to do in the area and lovely home to return to at night"

"The accommodation was as described and a very comfortable stay, despite the typical Scottish weather. If you are looking just for somewhere to lay your head and chill this is ideal! There isn’t anything on the site to do, the restaurant and bar was a bit of a let down to the waiting time and staffing issues"
