Excellent service from the receptionist, room was huge (junior suite), bed was huge and super comfy, bathroom was a good size with a good shower, nice towels and shampoo etc. the toilet was in another room but turned out better due to privacy. "Arrived very tired having struggled to find it due to road closures. booked on here, no one at the hotel to welcome usas explained on our booking paperwork. Rang and got through to an English speaking person who cycled down to us to show us in and let us park the motorcycle in the locked garage. Great food that night in the main hotel where we were supposed to go for check in. This needs to be explained on the booking as it is only around the corner but if you don’t know, you don’t know.
