"The condo was very nice. Spacious, clean, comfortable, and as described. The beach is not crowded here! Owner is very responsive, helpful, and considerate. Very helpful to have baby equipment in the unit. The layout of the condo is very good with lots of room for everyone and fun things to do. However, be prepared for the inconvenience of elevators not working. The location would have been great had the elevator beside the condo been operating. It worked the first day we were there and then was out of order the rest of the week. That added an extra half hour to departure day. No excessive noise from other people and the pool wasn't busy. However, the road noise and the mowing services that started every morning at 7:00a.m. we're quite loud. There seemed to be no sound barrier. Even on the 4th floor they sounded like they were right outside the door."

"Lovely host (very accommodating) and gorgeous location! It has a beautiful private beach we had to ourselves! The home is really pretty, tastefully furnished, and very comfortable. A location so close to ocean weathers on the outside easily, so that's to be expected. We loved the pool and pickleball court! Overall a wonderful rental and we would highly recommend!"

"The home was exactly as described in the listing. Greg the host was wonderful to communicate with. Plenty of room in the home for families to gather for meals or hanging out but also space to have quiet time. The walk to the beach was easy and about 5-10 minutes. Our grandkids loved the backyard with access to kayaks and pool. They also enjoyed the turtles swimming around the dock. We would definitely book again in the future."

"We were completely happy in this house. This house has everything you could want. The decor is superb! I packed a magnified mirror and low and behold, a magnified mirror was already in the bathroom. They really thought of anything and everything to make your stay feel comfortable, relaxed, together, to create memories to last a lifetime. Our son was over the moon with PacMan and set a record, adjusting the game to super fast with only 1 life, and had a high record of 93,110! We had rainy days, but still had a lot of fun, and the day before got a burst of a sunny day! Really great, looking forward to booking again, we loved it!"

"We have been using Vrbo since 2018. This property is the dirtiest one.One night I dropped my glasses next to the bed, when I picked them up I also picked up a glob of gray hair. We found several cockroaches, two of which were German cockroaches. We returned one evening to find a small invasion of springtails in the kitchen and bathroom. That is when I finally messaged the owner. I sent pictures of all the bugs and the wad of hair. He replied with "Let me look into it. I have never had a bug issue there. Let me send maintenance to look at the internet. It was just deep cleaned."He later followed up with "The little bugs are midges they spawn and at night with the balcony light on they are attracted to it. I have never in my 10 years saw a roach there. I will send exterminator over and come check the internet."I was essentially accused of leaving a door open and that is what brought all the bugs in. The maintenance guy did come by and listen to all my complaints. He took a dead roach with him, which may have been what convinced the owner that they were there. I guess my pictures were not enough? He does have an exterminator and being transparent all the bugs that I saw on the kitchen floor or bathroom floor where either dying or dead, so I assume that they sprayed before we arrived. We also found a note from a prior guest hidden in their guest book. He complained of the filth too. So this is not a new issue."

"Fantastic beach house and wonderful host! Clean, comfortable and absolutely beautiful! Pool, hot tub, swings, outdoor kitchen, tons of outdoor seating and multiple peaceful places to enjoy your coffee and listen to the waves. If the beach is where you want to go, its literally just a short walk to get your toes in the sand. One of my favorite things was all of the large windows that open if you want to feel the ocean breeze. Absolutely a memorable vacation home! Can't wait to go back! "
