"When we got to the room, it was not serviced. Smelled smoke even though it was non-smirking room. I went to the front desk immediately & we got a new room. The front desk lady was very apologetic & talking with the service person as I got a new key. The hotel was renovated somewhat, but you can tell that it was an old facility.
