Vraiment non professionnel de la pars de Hotel.com je n’aurai pas du être capable de faire une réservation d’un établissement qui était fermé. J’attend mon remboursement et une compensation pour cette mauvaise expérience."

We stayed two nights. We left at 8am the first morning and came back at 10:30pm to find that housekeeping did not show at all.
