- Light and airy studio apartment with full kitchen. Spectacular views of Douglas Lake and the Great Smoky Mountains. Extremely private area detached from the main house on the property, and ample area to park your boat. Literally 3 minutes from the public Shady Grove Boat Launch. Six minutes from Interstate I-40 and about 30 minutes from the Dollywood and Pigeon Forge areas. You can get to your destinations quickly and then come back to peace and quiet at night.
