Once in, I noticed all the facilities are well-maintained and modern creature comfort like wireless chargers and WiFi6 are available. The positions of the desk, fridge, sockets, TV, etc are very convenient compared to many other hotels. "

"Great hotel, we really enjoyed our stay especially as we were in a Level room (club room). This meant we had access to The Level lounge with great views over the river. The breakfast in the lounge was extensive and really delicious including cooked and continental. Snacks during the day included bottomless teas and coffees, soft drinks. Between 3-6pm there were little cakes and biscuits. From 6pm-9pm, the bar opened with bottomless wines, beers, spirits etc as well as savoury tapas selections. Highly recommended. "
