"Booked this 5/23/25 (3 months ago). We never received any notifications in those 3 months except our receipt when we paid. Text messaged multiple times asking for information on how to check in with no response. Had to kill 6 hours until check in time, pulled into the driveway at 4pm and noticed a vehicle parked there already.
