"I love this location and I love this hotel but this trip there was a terrible flood in my room. Door wouldn’t open because the battery had died. You can tell that there’s been a major flood in that room. The fans are on all night drying the carpet."

"Loved the Happy Hour and the welcoming of new guests in the lobby. Appreciated the free water bottles in the lobby. The area around the hotel was beautiful with movies, multiple dining options, & shopping. The shuttle service was efficient, and the driver was very friendly. Also, the gentleman who was security was friendly and he made sure everyone followed the rules. Thank you for making my Birthday special. "
