Clean rooms, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, there is parking behind the hotel which is free from 3am until 9am. Im flying to miami to every year and I only choose this hotel.

The experience from beginning to end was exceptional ! The guest service is top tier ! The rooms were clean and they provided daily room service at no additional fee but the decor is reason enough to book ! Our iPad went offline twice during our 4 night stay but the staff corrected the issue immediately ! I definitely recommend staying at this property !

It not my first time at Citizen M I LOVE It As I said before that King size bed is the Best bed in South Beach The TV with a welcoming message with your name Everything is controlled by the iPad next to the bed The temperature of your room the lights and TV Storage bin with a light under the bed and safe next Great selection for breakfast

Property was clean modern and the staff was great. Bar was very good and drinks were well made. Staff was very accommodating. Public road construction in front of the hotel was inconvenient and made check in arrival and parking inconvenient. The Location has good shopping and restaurants nearby. Would recommend. Great value for price and location.

I was very impressed with my stay!! The room felt very new, clean and bright! The rooftop pool was great. All the outdoor seating areas were comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Lots of food options and things to do in walking distance. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. My only complaint is the fridge is not really a fridge and couldn’t keep even my water bottle cold and there are no microwaves in the rooms. Otherwise a great stay for a really good price!

Modern property & rooms with a King size bed! Blackout curtains really render room dark which I appreciated! Attentive staff & great location the Argentinian cafe & the Taco stand across the street are covenient for quick & delicious bites. Rooftop pool was great especially since we stayed during record heat! Would stay here again & again:)

A very stylish hotel in a great South Beach location, just a short walk from Lincoln Road. The location is excellent, making it easy to enjoy the restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and everything South Beach has to offer. The hotel has a cool contemporary atmosphere and feels like a great choice if you’re looking for something fashionable and lively. Overall, a fun and well-located stay with a great Miami vibe. Definitely a place I would consider staying at again.

The hotel was amazing, the staff from the front desk Brianna & Ag were the great, so amazing!! Fi Fi and Ziggy at the bar were exceptional as well. All staff were hospitable and played a prominent part in ensuring my birthday stay was nothing less than AMAZING! I can’t say thank you enough! The room was very comfortable for myself !
