"This was my first visit to the property as well as the specific hotel chain. I was greeted at the check-in desk by a very friendly woman. This process took about five minutes! The faster you can get me to my room, the happier I am. Cleanliness of the entire hotel was extremely impressive. I always use a blacklight in hotel rooms just to satisfy my curiosity...didn't see one glowing thing! Not sure how that's possible, but WOW! We needed fresh towels one day and after hanging up the phone we got the delivery within minutes! The staff is on point! The indoor/outdoor heated pool was spotless inside and out. I'd love to see them add an indoor hot tub. The area is already there. It made for an excellent place to play VR! The breakfast is something special. You can choose from eggs, sausages, hash browns, bacon, biscuits and gravy, full size waffles, mini waffles, fruit, yogurt, cereal, bagels, toast and more! They even have packets of NUTELLA, but people are really greedy, so grab one if you can. The staff working the breakfast room couldn't be any nicer......a genuine nice! I loved my stay, and I will definitely be back. WELL DONE! WELL DONE!"
