"The property is a good location easy to access and plenty around to do, eat and relax. Staff very friendly in the afternoon, evening. I left early every day. The hotel is older could use some sprucing up but the rooms are cleaned, lines clean and housekeeping came every day. Did a nice job and they made you feel welcomed. Good value for your money. Plenty of parking and well lit parking lot. I was a so traveler and felt safe. Thank you"

"The property is nice and the amenities are nice and well maintained. The kids really enjoyed the treetop course and the magic quest activity. It was crowded and loud, which you can sort of expect with this type of place. We tried to plan around peak crowd times and that made it more enjoyable. Plan to spend some money … the water park is included but everything else is expensive. The rooms are spacious and very nice. They overbilled us, so be sure to check your credit card statement after checkout. They did correct it but it was a process. The property is right across from a large casino with lots of restaurants. We did not eat on property but there were a few options that looked decent."

"My stay was wonderful and the staff was extremely kind and helpful - 4 stars for service. I would like to leave two small suggestions for improvement: 1. It would be very helpful to have a phone in the room. On the first day especially, after traveling, you are tired and don't want to have to go down to the lobby for every little thing. 2. It would be great if the sofa bed was already set up with extra blankets/sheets in the closet when the room is for more than two people. We had to go down to request them, and it would be more convenient if they were already available in the room. A small notepad would also be a nice touch. Aside from those small details, everything was excellent. I would definitely stay again and I highly recommend it. Thank you!"
