"After having a VERY disappointing experience at another Microtel, we found this hotel to very clean. The shampoo and conditioner provided were very good. The building is recent vintage so everything is in good shape."

"The room was clean. Bedbug covers on the mattress that seemed new. Shower has high water pressure and heats up quickly. Room is very spacious. Cute quiet area that was very close to Letchworth state park. Parking was easy, every night we were able to park directly in front of our room. A nearby diner named Brians USA diner was delicious with huge portions, we visited there a couple times. Silver Lake Brewing was also awesome. Chill brewery with plenty of seating. We got some good beer and stuck around for a bit playing board games. Before you arrive, they send a message with your room number and leave the key on the dresser for you. There's a laminated instruction sheet for check out that's very straightforward. I didn't mind the lack of person to person service. We came here for a remote visit and I don't need people waiting on me all day. There was a number to call to get service if you needed it. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear your neighbors. We turned on the AC at night to stay cool and the droning sound of it did a really good job of drowning out the sound. I keep earplugs with me and wore them to sleep since I'm a light sleeper anyway. No problem. I enjoyed my stay and would come here again. It was a great option for folks who want to visit Letchworth without camping outdoors or using the cabins. Thank you so much. "

"We stayed here for a long weekend with 9 adults and 11 kids, and it was absolutely perfect! The property was beautiful, spacious, and very well-maintained — everything was spotless and exactly as described. The kids had a blast exploring the trails and running around the open space, while the adults enjoyed relaxing and taking in the peaceful surroundings. It was the ideal setting for our group to unwind, connect, and make lasting memories. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would absolutely come back again!"
