Timeless Elegance in Historic Fairhope: A Century-Old Masterpiece
Step into a living piece of Alabama history, where luxury meets legacy in this extraordinary 1910 estate. On over an acre of majestic live oaks in prestigious Montrose, this rare historic gem offers an unparalleled stay that modern accommodations simply cannot match. Built by William D. Randall and cherished by only a handful of distinguished families (including a Venezuelan consul), this architectural masterpiece preserves the elegance of a bygone era while providing all modern comforts. Imagine sipping morning coffee beneath century-old oak trees in your expansive private yard, or unwinding in spaces once graced by diplomats and distinguished Alabamians. This isn't just accommodation—it's an opportunity to become part of Fairhope history.
The sidewalk in front of our home is a part of the Eastern Shore Trail, which runs 22 miles from Interstate 10 down the eastern shore of Mobile Bay all the way down to Weeks Bay. You’ll encounter walkers (and their pups!), runners, and casual cyclists on the trail and you can walk for miles in either directions. In some parts of the trail you’re walking right beside the bay, and in other parts you’ll be a bit inland from the water. You’ll see lots of public access areas along the way that will put you on sandy beaches and bulkheaded areas with great views.
Book now to experience the irreplaceable charm and character that only a century of history can create.
