"This place was in a great location, walking distance to everything! We felt very safe and the staff was very helpful! They even let us change rooms after we found that the room we had didn’t have a bathroom door instead just a curtain. I really like bathroom doors so they moved us to a room that had one and that was really appreciated! They have wonderful amenities too and I wish we were able to use them more. They were also flexible with breakfast as we had came done late one morning but they still served us. Oh and they made me the best mojito I had while In Marrakech! We had a great time! Will be back! "

"We had a lovely stay at Riad Karmela. It is a beautiful Riad hidden away in the medina. The downstairs courtyards and roof terrace are excellent and so quiet compared to the street level chaos. The location was ideal for exploring the centre of Marrakech, with all key sites in walking distance. The breakfast was good, with plenty of choice and we had 2 evening meals, which were excellent. We used the hammam, which is small but good, the massage was very good. We booked the airport transport and we were glad we did, as we're not sure we would have found the Riad without doing so. "

"Friendly staff, the people made the experience so wonderful! Such a beautiful riad, I was in awe. They welcomed us with Moroccan and were so helpful throughout our trip. I would definitely recommend staying here. My only suggestion for improvements would be to invest in extractor fans for the bathroom as it can get very hot and humid."
