"If you are looking for a mountain getaway, this property offers everything you could ask for. The cabin is nestled in the pine trees, great mountain views, abundance of wildlife in the area, mountain streams, and the Painted Rock Lake is spectacular! The cabin was very comfy for the 7 of us and it is true to the listing. We enjoyed being able to use the fire pit, hot tub (a big hit), and the outdoor games that were available.We did make a few trips into Darby (easy 45 minute drive) to check out the town and surrounding areas. Most of the time though was spent around the cabin or driving some of the mountain roads nearby in search of wildlife. The charcoal bbq grill was put to use nearly everyday.Dawn & Jerry were super hosts, meeting us at the cabin upon our arrival and answering any questions that we had. We were amazed by all the extras that were provided for our stay. You will definitely not be disappointed if you choose to plan to stay in this very spacious cabin!!"

"This is the perfect cabin for a couple to getaway. Every detail has been thought of. The cabin is so charming and comfortable with cute little details in every nook and cranny. The hosts were helpful, and though they live nearby, it feels very private. But it’s nice to know they are there if you have questions. We definitely want to come back! "
