Breakfast options were a microwave breakfast sandwich, cereal, bagel, toast, muffin, microwave Quaker oatmeal packets, watery waffle mix, milk & OJ. The waffle maker wasn't clean. The room had one chair, which was inadequate for two people. The hotel needs to be updated. Safe location and easy parking.

The refrigerator freezer was broken and we could not refresh our ice packs. For two hundred dollars a night I would expect higher quality television stations more substantial bedding and an end table on either side of the bed. It's pretty crappy that we had to pay $200. for the room because we were unable to pre-register a room.

The online checking a joke. Snarky man clerk (ither man clerk tried to make the snarky guys comments better). Room was fine. Beds were decent. Starbucks next door the best. STAIRS NO ELEVATOR so if ya need a new knee or hip...somewhere else is maybe an option

Its clean, but just old. We appreciated it, however. Only complaint was although the staff were great and obliging, it was obvious their patience ran thin with so many kids in our party. We understand, and we did our best, however, when there is a small postage stamp sized space provided for breakfast, there will be some chaos with kids. Its just how it is.

Front desk staff went above and beyond the call of duty. Couldn’t ask for better help. I have limited mobility and was given room closest to lobby and help w my luggage. Among other things. Thank you for a very pleasant stay.
