"Loved our stay. House was super spacious and perfect for us. Communication with the host was great. Only issues we had were there wasn't any dishcloth and wasn't enough pillows as we had to buy some and there were a lack of towels but wasn't a huge issue as the washer/dryer was helpful. Unfortunately, cleanliness was much to be desired as the bath, sinks, bench and toilets hadn't been cleaned properly but apart from that, great house in a great location"

"The hotel staff were very helpful and responsive but stretched and had to rush between guest enquiries. The location has history of the New Zealand Airforce. Ample parking. The dampness through the old windows is offset to a certain extent by the underfloor heating in the recently renovated toilets but the corridors are cold. The common toilets downstairs were not cleaned for a couple of days after a function. There was no coffee available for a couple of days as the machine had broken down."

"Great very new place. Good location south of town. Parking limited but done street parking available. Recommended as good value"

"Overall, it was a pleasant stay. However, it needs to be clearer that the lower-priced options have a shared bathroom (the pictures of the bathroom should not be included in the room pictures). We were able to upgrade rooms, and it was much nicer. Be mindful that there isn't usually a person at reception and if you want to get in contact, you need a New Zealand based number."
