"Lovely stay at this lovely pub/hotel. Great room and the food was fantastic. Only downside - I am diabetic and asked if I could put a ice block in the hotels freezer for a couple of hours then put back with my insulin, which was refused."

"We were greeted by Vicky and the reception desk and she was amazing, really helpful and as the day we were going it was very windy so we set off early. "The staff are everything at this place. If anyone should write a handbook on how to do hospitality it’s these guys. From the moment we arrived at a packed pub it was clear that they would do anything. They opened up another part of the pub for us just so we could get food and slotted us in. "The Three Coopers is in the process of being taken over by Marsdens brewery, we went for a drink in a different pub before check-in and found out that another pub Green Dragon was running the accommodation, Marcia was fantastic she explained everything for us, the only issue for us was when 2 people lay on the bed you got the great big dip in the middle and is very hard to move, everything else was perfect, the Green Dragon team were thoughtful and very helpful my suggestion would be to message...

"Modern, spotlessly clean accommodation and super- comfy beds! There was even a TV in the bathroom! Lovely country pub and beer garden. Restaurant a bit on the expensive side, but the quality and presentation of the food was really good. The take away fish and chips were half the price of the eat in and were delicious. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation. "
