"The room was comfortable and had everything we needed including fast wi-fi. It is centrally located and we felt safe there. The front desk staff was not very friendly and we often felt uncomfortable when interacting with them. There is a small beach that cost $8 and is a five minute walk away and the airport is super close. Not bad for a few night stay. "

"I’ve never left a negative review before, but I felt like others should be warned about this place…. Outside of building looked like a construction zone. Everything was falling apart, tiles were missing/broken and it was very confusing trying to find the “front desk office”. The office was in a random room that you had to be directed to because it wasn’t obvious. Person checking me in was nice, but not very professional. He took a picture of my drivers license with his phone. The room was big, but dirty. There was rust on the sink, toilet, floors, and shower. Room didn’t have AC and balcony door was broken. There was music at night being played VERY loudly until 1am and could be heard in the room along with people screaming and partying. Lock on the room didn’t feel safe (chain that you put on a little hook) which made me feel unsettled. I wouldn’t recommend this “resort” unless it is the only hotel available. I only had to stay one night, but I wouldn’t have lasted any longer than that. "

"3.5 ⭐ – Good stay overall Clean rooms, friendly staff, and very good food. Be aware the hotel is not directly on the beach — you need to cross the strip (staff assist), and beach chairs cost extra. Minibar could be better stocked with local beer options. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, just important to know what to expect."

"We had an ocean view room which was truly amazing. The hotel is luxurious, with great attention to detail. The staff were friendly and made you feels very special, nothing was too much trouble and they catered to your every need, even had drinks service on the beach! There was always a selection of food and drinks and again if you wanted you could have pool service. We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel for couples or friends or even solo travellers. "

"This was not a hotel. This is a motel, the worst motel the room smell so bad and there were bedbugs on the bed. The doors would not luck the lights don’t work. The widows have a crack in them. The whole hotel looks horrible.I would not recommend anybody to stay there. We didn’t even there, we got there in less than 15 minute. we was out of there and went to another hotel."

"Good for families maybe not so much adults who want a little more privacy and exclusion from teens and kids. for Very large resort with a huge main pool. Staff was very friendly and the food overall was very very good. We got the signature level and the resort only has 2 bars that offer premium liquor, 1 at the signature pool which closes at 6 and the other where you do the check in/out and they close at 11pm. Our room was cozy and we had a beautiful view of the ocean, my only complaint about the room is that you can hear everything. You can hear what is going on upstairs, people walking by outside, and the transportation carts. It’s a pretty good resort and has its pros and cons, but we would probably not go back. And be careful because they are real hard on getting you to go to the breakfast where they try to sway you into buying a membership with the hotel. It took us 4.5 hours of our day. "
