While this is a very dated and old property, the staff provided prompt and excellent service and the pool was the perfect place to spend the last day on vacation before flying out the next day. The location to the airport is very convenient.

This is the worst “hotel” I’ve ever encountered in my life. They’re false advertising breakfast available and it’s not, NO BREAKFAST, they’re selling food for you to buy, if you want tea you get the cup from them behind the cage a the hot water from the water machine, iron you have to ask them for everything. …Tv in the room didn’t work. The place needs a complete face lift. The place looks like a cheap run down motel.” The woman at the front desk has an attitude as if your not spending your money..NEVER AGAIN..let’s say for $59 per night it was not even worth that.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! CHEAP FOR A REASON!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE! This motel is extremely rundown, dirty, and uncomfortable. I saw bedbugs in the bed and thus spent the entire night awake sitting in the one very uncomfortable chair. I did not want to shower in the horrible-looking bathroom.

They did not want to give me my deposit back to my room because I didn’t have the receipt from checking even if I showed them my bank statement…… if you’re gonna spend $1000 more on vacation to the islands go to the Bahamas or Cayman Islands unless you like the inconvenience of low quality service

1. It is convenient in location. 2. When booked from Expedia, They don’t get the notifications nor confirmation that you have secured booking. I had to show them the proof of receipt and send it to them in order for them to know which type of room was paid for. 3. There’s also Key “deposit” fee, which wasn’t stated on the site when booking. 4. The room was comfortable enough for my one night stay but a little more TLC needed especially when it comes onto the scent “it was kind of musty”. Overall…..PERFECT for flight cancellations or just a quick sleep over for a night

Horrific scammers

Hello and thank you for your response. I would like this matter to be escalated asap because both of the locations had severe issues. The first one in Montego Bay would not allow me to honor my reservation. They stated that although they see the reservation in the system, their manager was not at the location or answering their phone. They told me they would refund me as soon as the boss comes in and they would contact me and then they asked my cousin for cash money. They are scammers and they take advantage of customers and you let them. Please fix this matter at once.
