"the parking situation was not as described online. i was frustrated and charged half of the 24 hours when i left for the first time after being in the hotel for an hour. if you sign up for parking at the desk like you'd think you should, it will charge you incorrectly. I had to argue with their 3rd party customer service for an hour before being assigned the right parking pass which was more than what was told to me by front desk"

"Old outdated hotel, elevator was extremely unsafe and shaking. Some room amenities did not work. There was an odor of what I could best describe as pesticides in my room. The room was tidy and appeared clean but it was so off putting getting to the room I was skeptical. Lights in bathroom did not work and AC didn’t want to function properly. Immediately checked out and cancelled. The staff wasn’t bad but whoever owns this place should be ASHAMED. Do better - this is literally feet away from the state capitol building, it’s horrid. "
