"The staff were lovely, offered to dry our washing free of charge. They were polite. Rooms were spacious, very clean and as promised a beautiful view of the water. Only downside, no lifts as we were on the third floor. It makes it hard when you have a person with a disability. We worked around it, but not everyone can. Overall a great place to stay"

"The unit was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly. In particular we managed to do a few loads of washing through them and it was returned quickly, which was great. The TV in the second bedroom did not work and despite asking a number of times it was not fixed. There was not an electric blanket in the second bedroom but when asked it was provided quickly. The heat pump needs replacing but overall the facilities were very good for a short-term stay"

"Love staying here. 3rd time now. Good value for money and it's s so handy with the bistro which has lovely food. Staff are always give great service too. The only little gripe I have this time, was the aircon had a constant whine all night but other than that still enjoyed our stay. "

"Clean room. Everything we needed. Beds comfy. Would ask for separate shower next time. Liked that out of town but handy to restaurants. Thirsty Whale was good."
